1. Who is responsible

NasimHomes is a personal branding and marketing platform operated by Nasim Norouzi, who is the data controller for information handled through this website.

NasimHomes is not an independent real estate brokerage. Real estate transactions, listings and brokerage services are processed through Metropolitan Premium Properties.

2. Information you share

If you email Nasim, your message may include your name, contact details, preferred language, property preferences, budget, location and timing. Only share the information needed for your enquiry.

This website does not have an account, registration form or automated property-matching service. It does not request microphone access or save a property brief in your browser.

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and may process technical details such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages and access logs to deliver and protect the website. The website does not add advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for information about the hosting provider.

3. How information is used

Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, understand the support you request and arrange relevant real estate services through Metropolitan Premium Properties. Processing relies on your consent, steps you request before a contract, or another applicable legal basis.

We do not sell or lease personal information. It may be shared with Metropolitan Premium Properties when needed for the services you request, with necessary hosting or email providers, or with an authority when legally required.

4. Communication and your choices

Contacting Nasim allows her to respond to your enquiry. It does not automatically subscribe you to promotional messages. Separate consent will be requested before marketing communications are introduced.

You can ask Nasim to stop optional communications or withdraw consent by emailing the contact below. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal or information that must be retained for a legal obligation.

5. Storage and protection

Enquiries are handled through email and, where needed, the brokerage’s service records. Information should be kept only for as long as needed to respond, provide requested services and meet applicable legal obligations.

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. Hosting and email providers may process information outside the UAE. Where the PDPL requires safeguards for a transfer, those requirements apply. Please avoid sending identity documents, financial records or other sensitive details in an initial email.

6. Your rights and contact

Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may request information about the personal data held about you, access, correction, deletion or restriction, and withdraw consent. Rights to portability, objections and review of automated decisions may also apply. This website does not make automated decisions about you.
